The heart rate monitor isn't very convient while running because you have to hold the button down the see the HR number and even then sometimes it wouldn't show unless you stopped running. Also the calorie count isn't very accurate. I ran a nine mile run not too long ago and it said I only burned 100 calories in 1 and 1/2 hours. I don't think so.
